As an athlete myself, I understand the vital role that nutrition plays in maximizing performance.  I also understand how ‘time poor’ athletes are... I certainly don’t have the time to be hunting around for my sport nutrition products! 

I have been involved in competitive sport my whole life and have been racing mountain bikes now for over eight years.   Prior to mountain biking, I was a triathlete before venturing into Xterra triathlon racing and multisport events.  Probably my greatest sporting achievement was winning the 20-24 age group at the 2001 Xterra World Championships in Hawaii, coming a respectable 27th overall.

I was first introduced to Endura when approached by the sport nutrition company with a sponsorship opportunity.  I started using their products and saw immediate results – my recovery times improved and my cramping issues significantly reduced.  Endura quickly became an integral part of my training, racing and recovery routine

When my Endura sponsorship came to an end, I continued to purchase their products although found it frustrating to discover that most stores do not stock the full range that I had become accustom to.  I was travelling around to multiple stores to find my preferred products and flavours, paying a variety of prices – some stores selling products at over $10 of the RRP!  This is where the idea behind SportRecovery was born… a one-stop-shop for all of your sporting and nutritional needs.
