Suffering from cramping? The first thing to try is Endura Rehydration. It’s high in good quality magnesium and will solve most peoples cramping problems. You may need to have one serve of it every day for a week to build up your magnesium levels before you see improvement. If you haven’t seen improvement after the week, it’s time to try Endura Max. Endura Max is designed to help your body absorb magnesium whilst giving you a great boost of magnesium at the same time. I don't have it every day but if I've got a big race coming up or a really big ride I will have two teaspoons in a glass of water daily in the lead up. It has solved many peoples cramping problems overnight so well worth a try!

Heard of magnesium loading? When you have a big event coming up, you need to build up your magnesium levels along with other vital other minerals. If I'm racing on the Sunday, from the Wednesday I will start drinking Endura Rehydration - one serve on the Wednesday, one on the Thursday and then two on the Friday and Saturday. I also drink Endura Max during this loading period. Magnesium loading is critical for endurance athletes and this routine had me fully stocked and ready to race!

Can’t drink the recommended Endura Rehydration dose? I've got the same problem! I find that the hotter the weather, the weaker I have to make my Rehydration mix. I have also discovered that I can have a stronger mix of the Lemon Lime or Pineapple flavor. Generally, I have around 1.5 scoops per 750mm when racing. Whilst loading I tend to put it up if I'm not riding at the time.
